Password Issue

I've recently had my spotify hacked and I want to change my password. My account is linked to my facebook account but the passwords are different for each account and when I've tried to change my password on facebook it doesn't change my spotify one. But since the accounts are linked I can't change the password through spotify.. Any suggestions?

What happens if you ask for a password reset? Does it say that you need to change your password through Facebook, or does it say a different message?
