Password issues (Error code: 3)

Not sure what to do, i've changed my password via the neccessary steps 3 times now and it still says my password is incorrect. 

Any help would be great!

That doesn't look nice.

Try to use your username instead of your email-address in the login process.

I get the same error, but I do not have an email even associated with my account. I never verified the email so I do not have an email that is tied to the account. 

So I always use a username and password and never have used an email. What happened?
