Password recovery

Hello! i have a huge problem, i have a premium account, the thing is I belive to have opened it with a typo error on the password or something because i cant use it anymore. my prolem is that i have been tryng to get my Password recovery email for several days and it just wont arrive. my Email is not the one linked to this account and I really need help fixing this because 

1) I have already payed and if i cant use that account then i cant cancel either so it will keep on costing me

2) i want to use my premium account
