Password reset email

Hi, 

I purchased a premium membership for my account. I had been using Spotify for like three weeks on my iPhone 7 device until it suddenly logged off a few days ago  by itself. When I tried to log in using my credentials it says the password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, it says a resetting e-mail has been sent. However this password reset e-mail is nowhere to be found including all the spam folders. Now I can't use the premium membership for which I paid and there is no customer service or support line to connect. I will have to apply for a chargeback  via my bank unless this problem is solved.**bleep** and **bleep** are the two addresses for which I can't receive reset e-mail.

You can reach out to our customer support team through one of these channels here and explain what has happened.

 

They'll be able to have a look at your account and see why the password reset message might have not arrived.
