Apparently I've forgotten my password.
I've tried to reset it via the "Forgot your password?" link several times over the past 2 weeks.
I also opened a case (#00863814) but didn't get any further with that, either.
I've checked my spam, nothing.
I did, however, recieve an email thanking me for taking a 48 hour trial of premium, when I already have a premium subscription, so now I'm just confused.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. - Megan
