Paying for Premium though I canceled

I have this frustrating problem of cancelling Premium subscription but I am still getting charged 99 skr and even more strange is that my father is also paying for same account but he is paying 129 skr since Itunes came into the picture somehow after my brother started the subcription again (my father ought to pay for it this time). So here we are two people paying for the same account and I am so frustrated of not finding any answers!!! Why am I still charged when other pay information is used? I want to go back to Free version, neither me or my father are to be charged. Please help me! I cannot read any email sent to the email account linked with my Spotify.

To answer your question to why your father is paying more than you, is because iTunes takes a Handling Fee, where if you subscribe directly through Spotify it is Cheaper.

Also if you canceled may i ask if you received a cancellation email? everyone receives a cancellation email when they cancel 🙂

then if you are both paying for the same Spotify account then you can cancel one of them, either the iTunes or the Spotify one, i will explain how to cancel both of these so you can choose witch one to cancel 🙂

To unsubscribe from premium follow these steps:

Canceling your subscription reverts your account to the Free level.

1. Go to the subscription page. (Note: If you don't know your password, go here to reset it.)
2. Under Subscription and payment, click cancel your subscription.
3. Select a reason (select Other reasons if you're canceling for a promotion). Click CONTINUE.
4. Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
5. Enter your password in the password field. Click CANCEL SPOTIFY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION.

Your subscription page now shows the date you will revert to our Free ad-based service. We hope you decide to upgrade again!

Note: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.

 Then if you cannot receive emails to the email you set up you can change your email by going to this page and changing the email address:)
