My Question or Issue
I am trying to upgrade to premium. I had two free accounts and canceled one then waited the given amount of time before I tried to upgrade. I'm continually getting payment failed when I try to upgrade. I have gone through all the trouble shooting steps to try and resolve this and still no luck. I have sufficient funds, my card and country are the same, I have tried using incognito mode, etc. What would be the issue?

Would it be possible for you to try a different device as well?
What's the error message you're getting? Could you post a screenshot of it?
It nothing else works, a different payment method might work. Give it a try if you can.
