Payment was not accepted for second time

I want to buy a premium account, but my card is not accepted. However, yesterday I bought a premium account for my friend with the same card and is no issues with the bank. 

What I need to do to get my premium account?

What exactly seems to be going wrong when you try to sign up, any error messages? Please make sure your payment card meets these requirements.

If you're trying to get any offer/trial, keep in mind that if you have already used this payment method before on a different account to pay for Premium, it won't work. You can only get the offer/trial with the same payment method once. If that's the case, a different payment method should work just fine.
