I started Spotify on the 29th October... Meaning my payment would be 4weeks from then so I thought, Spotify was working fine this morning and now it's saying to check my account details as my payment failed... I have funds in my account and wasn't expecting it to be taken until the end of November... When I follow links to 'your subscription' it says I'm on a free trail and to sign up to premium now... If I'm on a trail whys it asking for payments? And why are they trying to take it two weeks after I joined? I have received no email just a notification when I went onto Spotify
