People can't follow me

I have a problem regarding the question of followers: indeed, my friends can't follow me on Spotify because the "follow" button does not appear on my profile, could you help me?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community! 

In order to investigate this further, we'd need couple of screenshots of what your friends see when they try following you.

In the meantime, it's worth checking if you've accidentally blocked your friends in the past, because this might be a possible reason why they can't follow you. You can do that by going to your friend's profile and click on the three dots. If you see "Unblock" it means that they're blocked from your side. Tap on it and then ask them to try opening your profile again to check if they'll see the Follow button.

There it's a screenshot took by one of my friends of what he can see when he goes on my profile and I checked I hadn't block him.

We can confirm that everything looks correct on our end. 

We'd recommend to ask your friend to try restarting their phone to see if that makes any difference. Sometimes, issues like this might be caused by old cached files interfering with the app's performance. With that being said, it's also a good idea to ask you friend to clear their cache following the steps in this article. 

In case the issue persists, it'd be great if your friend can give this a try on a different device to see if the follow button will appear for them.
