want to change country AND plan, but seems not possible

My Question or Issue

As I moved from Argentina to Spain and now we are a family of 2, I wanted to change plan and payment method (to an Spain card)
Following the help, to change country you need to change first the payment method, done that, but it does not allow me to change plan to Duo, as all the other plans are still in ARS as the account country did not changed
Trying to change it I cancelled my subscription, so I don't have any plan now
How can I do to change plan and country? do I need to pay one month of family plan for a family of 2 to be able to change to Duo the following month? is doesn't make sense...

Thanks for your post, we'll be happy to explain a bit more about what seems to be happening here.

If you were able to change the payment method to one from Spain but your account is still set to Argentina, you'll need to wait until your next payment date so that the change will go into effect.

You mention you have cancelled your plan, so you'll need to wait until your account reverts to free and then will be able to choose the Duo plan and add your family member.
