Premium Not Activating Despite paying for it TWICE

I'm mildly frustrated. Actually pissed off is a better word. I have tried and tried and tried to reactivate premium not once, but twice after paying for it and not receiving Premium status the first time, I went on to pay for it TWICE and it still has yet to activate, I either want a refund or something here. This is the most frustration I have had with this app and it's 40$ out of my pocket gone for nothing

I have the same problem, I payed for premium twice and I still have free spotify. If you get a solution please tell me 😞

I really have a hard time understanding why this problem is so rampant. You would think that as soon as you click confirm on the payment opinion it would give you premium like when you join the week long premium. You would think they would have this part of their business down pat. But they don't.
