Premium Problems

Premium Problems

So i have been premium for a while now and suddenly it has popped up saying that I have issues on payments.. So i have tried for a while and when i tried it said this "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." So i waited for several days and that notification then disappeared which makes me believe i had paid it.. Now that it came back but instead of the notification of no payment it said Premium Paused because i have not paid.. So I am pretty sure it is not my card problem as i had just paid of some things on an online game... anyone else has this problem or solution?

We'd love to help you get upgraded.

 

If you're having trouble making the upgrade, double-check your payment card meets these requirements:

  • Your card has enough funds.

  • The country your card is registered in matches the one you’ve set for your Spotify account.

  • Check that you have correctly entered your CVV/CVC security code.

  • Your card is enabled for online transactions.

  • Your card is open to foreign purchases or recurring transactions.

  • Your card hasn't expired or been cancelled.

If it meets all of that critea, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies then try upgrading again.
