Premium Subscription Problem

Hi! My friend has been paying for spotify subscription every month and it is paid through credit card, but she could not remember the account where she made the subscription. What should she do? Because she would like to end the subscription.

ps. this is not a forgot password problem, she really does not know the account. even the username nor the email address she used
