Premium account showing as free

So I have just worked out that the Premium service my family has been using and paying for through Itunes since MAY 2015 is in fact NOT premium.

 

I work away and it was only when they complained about the ads on this paid for service,m and I wanted to add it to my Bluesound system that I looked into it.

 

Ive just instructed Itunes NOT TO RENEW the subscription in January - please contact me regarding a refund.

 

So we have been paying 12.99 - full whack - through Itunes since May for bugger all.

 

My fault for not checking but this is way beyond poor service!

We can see how this is inconvenient for you, but try contacting our Support team via this contact form and they'll check what happened with your subscription.

 

As you were paying via iTunes, we also suggest reaching out to Apple directly and they should be able to help you with your refund.

We dont want the service fixed, we have cancelled, just refund the money please.

We're afraid we're unable to refund a payment that has gone through your iTunes account. The best solution for you, is reaching out to Apple directly and they should help you with your refund.
