Premium paused

Premium paused

I have a message on my iphone and online application saying that premium is paused because my last payment didn't work.  However I have an Apple Store receipt in my email and I can see via my online banking that payment went through.  How can I fix this?  (I've tried logging out/in but no luck)

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


I received a message that my premium subscription is paused also because my credit card did not go through I confirmed with my credit card company that an authorization has not been submitted or rejected by spotify I entered two different credit card numbers as payment methods and they both were rejected I think the issue is on spotifys end.
