Hello!

 

Every month I get myself a Spotify gift card to hold track on my economy . 

 

Last Tuesday (21.01.14) I bought a new gift card and redeemed it. I received a receipt on my mail and everything looked normal.

Yesterday when I was playing music on my phone I get the notification that I'm now using Spotify Free. The same message shows up on both of my computers. Even my spotify profile says I'm on Spotify Free, but why did I get a receipt that says I've extended my subscription..

 

I've sent a message to the support, but I haven't recieved any help.

Is it possible you have two accounts - one using a facebook login and the other using a spotify username? I'm not clear whether you received a response from support or not. If it was an automated reply pointing you back to the community or the FAQs you need to reply to that to make sure your case is escalated to a consultant.

I've never signed in using facebook, but the spotify user is connected with facebook (if that makes any sense).

 

 

I responded on the mail I recieved from the support. But they haven't replied yet.

The support helped me out. I don't know the cause of the problem. Thanks for the replies!
