I signed up for the $.99 3 month trial. it said it was going to charge me $9.99 the next day so I canceled it because that is not right and now it says I am unable to qualify for the trial because I used it already. I also can not contact the company. Any help?

I've contacted support via web form. If I hear anything back, I'll post again.

I had a similar problem, except when i tried to sign up for the $.99 for three months it wouldn't let me do it at all.

SOmeone else posted this issue earlier, so I presume there's an error somewhere in the system.

 

I've escalated this to the staff as an issue, someone should get back to you all shortly.

After hearing about this offer, I tried creating a Spotify account and purchasing the 3 months for $0.99

 

It said (please note: this is a brand new account, just made) I have already signed up for a premium trial or subscription. How is this possible!? Why can I not get this offer?
