Hello

 

My premium signature has just expired and I'm trying to renew it. It doesn't show any error message when I submit my credit card number, it just clear the fields and ask for the information again. I have already tried on the app and PC (IE and Chrome).

 

Could someone from Spotify help me? I think there is something wrong on my account.

Can you try using another browser/icognito mode and eventually clear cache and cookies? If that doesn't work maybe try it from a mobile device.

I've just tried it again. Cleared the cookies on PC and mobile, used different browsers, but didn't work. I still think it's something on my account because the premium has just expired.

 

Could someone from Spotify check this out? Thanks.
