Premuim account - cannot select high quality streamin. OSX 10.11.1 Capitan

Hello, I pay for spotify premium but there is a bug in the software when using Mac OSX 10.11.1 Capitan

I cannot flick the switch for high quality (see screenshot) It won´t move.

This needs to be fixed ASAP. I was previously having messages from Spotify saying I had to upgrade my OSX as it would soon no longer be compatible.
So I upgraded and the new version isn´t working as it should.

So I am pay premium prices but not receiving premium service. Where is the recompensation or discount until this is fixed??????????

Hey there!

 

Can I ask what happens when you try to select high quality streaming? Have you tried clicking it and have you tried dragging it? If neither of these are working, then you might need to try a reinstall, Follow this documentation and it will help you through the process of reinstalling Spotify. That’s not cool! Try a quick reinstall to see if that brings them back: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify

I tried to reinstall but the same problem exists. I physically can´t drag the botton. It refuses to move.

Thanks for the help anyway.

Spotify employees... Is anyone working to fix this bug?
