Probably my account is hacked and i cant take help from spotify.

Hi. I have a problem about access to my spotify account. Probably my account has been hacked. Problem is i can not log in to my account.I definetely remember properly my password but that does not being accepted. I have tried reset my password with my e-mail adress. Then it says this e-mail adress is not available. I was using this account for years.

I have contact to @SpotifyCares via twitter. They said " Looks like your "olc*****gul" account is linked to the email ol********@crymail2.com (starred for security). Anyway, can you try logging in by typing in your username and password and not your email address? Let us know"

I have not an e-mail adress with @crymail2.com extension. My e-mail adress is different. Not this.

I'm the owner of the this account. If it's needed, i can send the receipt of my spotify payments.

I need help about recovering my account.
