My Question or Issue

Hello everyone, I have been using spotify premium for a long time and I never had this problem. Recently, to be more exact two days ago, in spotify I put in online option (I was offline) and the app took me out of my account, and every second, I can not enter my account, I put my account in the app, log in, it's a few seconds and it goes out and so all the time, on the spotify page, I put all my data to enter and it tells me that the data is incorrect, but I put the data well. Something strange that happens to me is that, for a moment I thought that they could change the password, but, when I disconnect the internet and enter it works, that is, it only works well when I'm offline. What can be? everything was fine and this happened to me, help me please.

I see that you send me two screenshots, one of them looks like you’re logging in from the website, and another one that looks like you’ve logged in from the app.

Could you try logging into the website using a different browser incognito mode using this link? Also, could you try a clean reinstall of the app?
