Spotify is claming that my payment was not processed, but my credit card is ok and charged. What the hell is going on???

Hey there @Edukras!

 

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Check your account page at www.spotify.com/account/ and see if it shows premium there. If it does not and your billing account shows that your payment has already cleared, then we need to try the option below.

 

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
