Problems with cancelling subscription!

Hi. I paid for the 3 month trial, 3 months ago. Tonight I tried to cancel this trial to avoid my paypal being charged and I supposedly missed the cancel by a matter of minutes due to problems with actually cancelling it itself. My paypal was charged £9.99 which I cannot afford. Is there any way this payment can be reversed and my subscription revoked as I planned to cancel this in advance?

Also, I cannot access the email account I used to register with spotify and so I cannot check the email inbox but I do have a secondary email available upon request and can provide the spotify password I use.

First, login to the account page and go to your profile settings. Change the email on your account to an email that you have access to.

Then:

For refund inquiries, you will need to contact support. (make sure you changed the email on your account first)

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

It says I can change my email on my facebook page yet I've done this and it hasn't changed my spotify account page email?

It can take up to 24 hours to it to update on Spotify
