Problems with / problemas con samsung smart tv

Hi, i have a samsung smart tv series 6 6500, i had been using spotify since a long time ago, but the day before yesterday spotify is just not loading at all ,I changed my password and updated my tv system version, I dont know if that has anything to do or not but it seem a weird coincidence, i have already reseted my smart hub and reseted my tv completley as well, still not loading,

any other ideas on how to make it work again? Thanks

hola, tengo una smart tv samsung de la serie 6 6500, habia estado usando spotify perfectamente desde hace tiempo pero ahora ya no carga la aplicacion , recientemente cambie la contraseña de spotify y al mismo tiempo se actualizo la version del sistema de la television, no se si esto tiene algo que ver o no, pero es una coincidencia muy rara,  ya reinicie el smart hub y reestableci la television totalmente, sigue el mismo problema

alguna otra idea es bienvenida, gracias

ho lo stesso problema.... se apro l'applicazione mi lascia sempre in attesa come se stesse caricando sempre....

qualcuno sa darci qualche suggerimento?

Yo tengo un Smart Tv Samsung (UN48JU6500g) y me pasa exactamente lo mismo. Descargo la App sin problemas pero cuando intento abrirla queda cargando. Alguien tiene una solución?

I have a Samsung Smart Tv (UN48JU6500g) and it happens exactly the same. I download the App without problems but when I try to open it, it keep loading. Does anyone have a solution?

Samsung have taken Spotify support away from certain models, unfortunately mine is one of them. It’d would have been nice of them to at least notify users.
