Profile not loading

I am having issues with seeing playlists on a profile I follow.  It spins and never loads the playlists.  This is the only profile I'm having issues with, and friends of mine are experiencing the same issue.  I've checked if it is a setting on my end but as there are multiple users seeing the same thing, that doesn't seem to be the case.  Is anyone else experiencing the same?  Can someone provide guidance?
