Promo code trial not working

I recieved a promo code for premium from work - when i enter it it says that it is not valid. I tried to contact customer support - but all i recieved was a message to come to the forum - is there any way to get direct help for this issue?

Just reply to that email, even if it came from a no-reply address. A Spotify Support Rep will then get back to you ASAP.
