Purchased Premium and paid; there's days left but now it says I'm on free

Purchased Premium and paid; there's days left but now it says I'm on free

I paid 9,99€ on 2015-04-13 for my premium subscription. But I entered today on both my laptop and my mobile phone and my account is now just free. There should be at least 10 days left, but I also made possible to automatically pay for the next months, so that's not the problem.

Please, if you could find the solution or the explanation... My case should be #30197744618073 or #596648381017, because the number is different in both mail and on-line reciept (as shown in the image attached).

Hello @CosmicStorm and welcome to the community! That is actually an order number, not a case number. Also, to protect your privacy and to be in compliance with community guidelines (here), I had to remove your attachments as they have your email address in them.

 

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form


Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
