My Question or Issue
All of my playlists that I have deleted are no longer listed under the "Recover playlist" on my account page. I've been able to recover playlists before in the past but it seems as if they are no longer there. I don't have a second account and I have saved my music somewhere else on Spotify.
Contact Spotify team they will help you within a day or so

We have received a few other reports about users not being able to recover their deleted playlists and we're currently looking further into this.
