I've got a Spotify Premium Gift card which I have been trying to redeem but every time I put the code in there is a message saying "something went wrong". The receipt says that the card has been activated and it was bought in the last year so I don't know why it isn't working.

Can you try redeeming your gift card here using a different browser or a private window? If that doesn't help, I would recommend trying the suggestion provided in this support article under “Not working?”
If you still get an error message when you try redeeming your gift card, can you attach a screenshot of the error message? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting in the Community.
