I have seen on my account that there have been 8 payments to Spotify in 4 months, 4 via PayPal and 4 from my account.

i would like a refund of £39.95 to my account

Hey @hokitikalime thanks for posting in the community!

Let's troubleshoot this. Do you have multiple Spotify accounts?  Multiple charges could be also caused by pressing the "upgrade" button too many times.

Please check also how long the period your Premium subscription is. If it is more than a month away, then it's like you pre-paid for that duration.

Finally, you can check in with the payment center here, by filling the form (follow the correct steps and then pressing green "I still need help" button!) to contact a Spotify staff member to check your case.
