Refunding this month's subscription

Hello, because my headphones broke I decided I was going to cancel my subscription until next month. But I didn't know the subscription renewed on the 27th, instead of the end of the month. Since its only been one day, how do I request a refund from Spotify? Thanks.

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via one of the channels listed below. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.
