Renew account from a different country

Hey,
I got my premuim subscription when i was in California,
Right now i'm in Israel, and i cannot use my american credit card.
How can i renew my subscription with a non-american credit card?

I know its not available here, but i got my subscription befor so i'm able to use it here, the only problem is that its going to end and i dont have the CC i used when i signed, so i'm looking for solutions... Thank you

Hi @Ynui 🙂 Are you trying to use a different card that's issued in US too? You can also try doing the update on an incognito window. This usually helps web-based issues.

If it's not from US and not from Israel too, the problem could be because your acct's created in US and Spotify detects you're in US. Acct country should always match the card country.

Unfortunately, your payment card country must match your country in profile, so it has to be an American card, or one from a country where Spotify has already launched.

You could use a US giftcard for your US Spotify account.

If you still have friends in the US, you can ask them to buy the giftcard for you to use and send them the money to pay for it.
