Repeat and shuffle button and previous song button missing

My Question or Issue

The repeat button is missing and the shuffle button too and sometimes the lyrics too and I can't go to the previous song when I am playing a album or a playlist It is playing 2 random songs from that playlist and shuffling to a random song. The rewind and the adjustment bar is missing too.I want to know if  this is a new update. I am using a Vivo phone. I have another account but It is working fine.

i haven't been able to listen to my playlists in order, and even if its ALWAYS on shuffle, it plays songs from outside the playlist or the library which is really pissing off because please let me listen to music in peace for god's sake. also, the lyrics no longer show up because apparently you need to pay to see some lyrics?!!

stop these "experiments" asap, nobody wants to pay you to see lyrics or enable playing in order.
