My Question or Issue

This is not my premium account. My premium account has been randomly logged out. When I try to log in on my phone or my PC, it says "Incorrect Username/Password." I know for a fact it is not incorrect. My account was not linked with Facebook, so I cannot log in that way. My account was under the Hulu/Spotify membership.

 

When I use the reset password link, it confirms that an email has been sent to my email, but there is no email to be found anywhere in any folder. I am submitting this ticket under a new free account because I have no way of logging in to my premium account.

 

Please help. I just want to listen to my music again.

Also, "Vidamint" was the username on my premium account so I have no idea why it is the username on this free account.

Try to request a password via an incognito browsing session. And instead of filling in your username, fill in the email address in the field.

 

If you get the error that your email address is not associated with an account, then it's likely that someone might have accessed your account. Be sure to follow these steps to see what to do next.
