SPOTIFY WON'T LET ME SUBSCRIBE PREMIUM

I just cancel my Premium Subscription and want to re-subscribe it. It kept appearing this site. Do anyone know how to fix this? 😞

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, I have tried mutiple times both on my phone and laptop, even on another browser and it still does not work. My other (free) Spotify account does not seem to have this issue, it still can subscribe for Premium. ☹️

My Spotify web has been dead for 3 days. I have already tried deleting the cache and changing to another browser or device. Another account is normal, only my account cannot go into the premium buy.
