Sign in isn`t possible.

Dear staff,

A few days ago i tried to log in with my account, but spotify says that my account is disabled.

They tried two times to get 9.99 automatically from my bank account, but my account balance was to low. 

This not my original account, and i was curious if someone can help me to get my account active.
