Someone breaks into my account and there are no notifications

Solved!

Someone breaks into my account and there are no notifications

This is unacceptable. Also there are not any extra safety like 2-step protection but a simple notification is a must for an application like this. It took 2 weeks until I realize  that someone using my account and just by luck I realized it today.  I recovered my playlists but I usually follow playlists and now they are gone, what can I do ?

Hey @AytacAnil

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs, since they can revert accounts back to a previous state.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares or message Spotify Cares Facebook.
