Someone else using my account.

Hello community,

I noticed that a couple of days ago that I had unfamiliar playlists added to my account. When I opened Spotify on my android device a few minutes ago, I noticed that this person was actively using my Spotify account. I paused it to see if it were indeed live and the person unpaused it right away. 

I used the "Sign out of all devices" option in the Accounts page, but this person was able to log right back in a few minutes later. Is this a glitch or does this person somehow have access to my Facebook/Spotify passwords? I question the latter as I haven't been using any public machines and my passwords are difficult to decipher. 

Please resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks.

Hey @wonny,

Please go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button.

Doing these two things should bring things back to normal. 🙂
