My Question or Issue

Hello, I’ve been using a family premium account for 3 years and have saved over 500 songs in playlists but recently my account reverted to a free plan for no reason or warning. I have tried logging out and in multiple times, the person who sent me the invite has not done anything and everyone else on the plan still has premium access. 

Can someone help me with this issue? I don’t understand how only my account was demoted to Spotify free without warning.

Have you asked the plan's owner to re-invite you to the plan ?

 

It's possible there was an issue with identifying your address which can cause the issue on your end.
