Hello
I've currently taken out a new contract with Vodafone which includes a new year premium spotify account.
The account that I had last year have referred back to the basic free account with ads.
So when I got my new device I created a new spotify account thinking this would solve the problem but that's also a free account?
How do I accessy free spotify. Last yeary phone when I signed up did it.
Also you have no functions to easily delete an account?

The link is very confusing.

I've clicked on the link but there is no manage your subscription link afterwards?

To view your subscription status you can follow this link.

But if you want to manage your subscription it seems you need to contact Vodafone.

That's fine but this has to be one of the worst account's for nothing being straight forward.

How do I delete an account? On most sites it's straight forward there's a button on the app or log in. The reason it hasn't upgraded is be a use I have an account under my email address. I need to delete both spotify accounts then when I create a new one it will upgrade.

Please could I have a straightforward link to delete this spotify account please
