Spotify Family Eternal loading

So, I Have a premium account purchase from th promotion of 0,99 for three months, that i got late last year, which expires this month on 27/02, so i decided soon to upgrade my account for a Family for 4 people (me included), so i insert the data and selected the option of 37 BRL (I + three people) and soon after entering my data a picture of loading (one of those gifs of a circle rotating) appears just below the plan options and even if I click on "checkout" nothing happens, please help me, istro this is proving very stressful for me and my family. Grateful, I hope the fastest possible return

vc já tentou deslogar e logar novamente? E reinstalar o Spotify?

Olá, obrigado pela atenção, entrei em contato com o spotify e eles me disseram que abrir em uma janela anonima e/ou deletar o cache do historico ajudaria e ajudou, abri em anonima e funcionou, obrigado pela atenção. Tópico resolvido 🙂
