Spotify Gift Card

So I wanted to gift 3 months of spotify membership to someone, I filled in the web form my email and his/hers selected card layout after submitting form there was no confirmation message.gift card, Premium, Subscription

So the question is did he/she receive my gift card? How can I be sure?

Is there a way to track that the status of the gift cards? if it is redeemed or not etc?
