1) i paid every month RM 10 using my other phone.
2) that phone has internet with the spotify account.
3) suddenly i hear an AD while using spotify.

Can you verify you still subscribed to Spotify via Hotlink?
Go to http://m.maxis.com.my/spotify on your mobile browser and follow the instructions to register and activate your Spotify plan. Alternatively, dial *200# > Spotify to receive the registration link sent to you via SMS.

I have checked from mobile via both safari and google chrome but couldnt find any
"unsubscribe" or "cancel subscription" option. Please see attached screenshots from my iphone.
