Spotify Premium

Spotify Premium

I have subscribed to spotify premium but it still says i have a free account. I paid with an itunes gift card via apple music since I wasnt able to purchase it on the spitify app on my iphone. On apple it says that it has been bought and that it is updated. What can I do? I do not want to use a credit card etc.

Hey there and welcome to the community!

 

It's not possible to subscribe through through iTunes right now. Since you said you subscribed using Apple Music, I think you might have subscribed to Apple Music (a Spotify competitor). To check (and cancel) if you have a subscription for Apple Music, just follow the steps in this guide provided by Apple.  Payment methods for Spotify differ per country, you can subscribe to Spotify Premium here.

Thank you for your help.
I have not subscribed to apple music, I have just subscribed to spotify premium through there (See the attaches screenshot).
It also took my money so when will it update to the premium account?
Like I said, I do not want to use a credit card or something like that to pay for my premium account.

Hmmm, could you try to logout and log back in on the Spotify App? Sometimes the app just need a refresh.

Yes, I have even tried deleting and reinstalling it. Still does not work...
