HI there,
Since last wednesday I am not able to login to my Spotify account "midego".
I think it has been hacked because a couple of friends see me play weird music.
I cannot login with my username & password.
I tried the forgot password option but I do not recieve the mail to reset my password.
I already tried to contact customer support but the support is terrible slow. I have to wait a day to get a email reply.
Please fix this asap because I cannot live without my music.

For hacked accounts it is best to use the alternative contact from so you can input your email address and username manually so that it doesn't get mixed up with any other account you made to use the contact form:

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours. For hacked accounts, the reply can take longer.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used on the contact form.

Did you receive an automated reply? Make sure to reply to that directly (despite the fact it's from a no-reply), and it will be sent to the staff.
Once you've done that, feel free to let me know your 8 digit case number and I'll escalate it to the staff for you so it can be sped along.

I have replied to your case and you should now be able to access your account. The Facebook profile of the other 'user' will still show, but they have no access to your account. The picture will disappear on the next update (normally around 2-3 days).
