My Question or Issue

I have tried getting in touch with Spotify for artists to claim my profile, I gave all the info required and I have heard nothing back. I really want to be able to add a picture, add info to the about section... basically I want to manage my artist profile but no one has gotten back to me at all. Can I please get an email back so I can have access to my own bands page?

If you've applied for Spotify for Artists access, you should hear back soon, don't worry 🙂

 

If you've still not heard in a couple of weeks, you might want to give them a shout via the contact form to check you added enough info for them to check the request.

Here's where you can reach them: https://artists.spotify.com/contact.

They should be able to help you more.
