My Question or Issue

The family owner created their Spotify account with a Facebook account. We tried to claim the Google Home Mini promotion that came with our families subscription, but it sent the email to a email address that doesn't work anymore. The email address has been updated and has been for years. The Spotify account did not update the email address. Is there any way to either unlink Facebook without removing the account, or force Spotify to change the email address?

if you want to change your email follow these steps

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
3. Under Email, enter your new email address.
4. Confirm your password.
5. Click SAVE PROFILE.

No need to change your email address 🙂 If you can't access the email that was sent to your account, you should be able to claim your free Google Home mini here.
