Just realized that Spotify have been charging me every single month for a while..! I bought the unlimited version once, but since then I have used free version. I have 2 different accounts according to different e-mails, and when I log in to both of them checking their status it says that I am currently using the FREE VERSION, so why the h*** are Spotify charging me then????

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

This is still NOT SOLVED...
I got a mail from Spotfiy asking me to send them any proof of the purchase, which I did. Since then I have heard nothing from them.
This is really bad, and I don't know what to do. If Spotify don't respond to this I will have to call my bank or maybe the police, because what they are doing is actually a crime even if the amount is low.
I just want to get to a solution of this!

I replied to them on Tuesday. Now I see other Spotify users are having exactly the same issue on this forum!

I am experiencing exactly the same! They have been charging me for many months. I have contacted Spotify using the contact form, they sent me an e-mail which I replied to, and nothing more happens!
I am so sick and tired of this.

Last Monday, one week ago, Spotify answered me again and asking for more information in this case. I replied immediately, and then ONCE AGAIN Spotify is quiet and won't help me!
Is it necessary to have someone "chasing them up" every single time?
