Spotify keeps resetting my password

My Question or Issue

Each week i recieve an e-mail from spotify telling they've reset my password because of suspicious activity. I've contacted their helpdesk about this but they claim it's "The System". They can't tell me why this happens or make it stop. Anyone else experiencing something similar? It's getting really annoying.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can try using a different email address on your account to see if it makes a difference.

Also, I recommend not using Spotify through your work RDS Server for a while, as that might trigger those password resets. 🙂
